Abstract: (RO) Studiul își propune să schiţeze portretul etno-demografic al minorităţilor naţionale din România. Analiza are drept punct de pornire datele statistice furnizate de către Institutul Naţional de Statistică, cu care ISMPN a încheiat un protocol de colaborare. Datele utilizate pentru elaborarea acestui studiu pot fi grupate în două categorii: (1) date de recensământ și (2) date ce provin din înregistrarea mișcării populaţiei. În ceea ce privește minorităţile analizate, s-a pornit de la structura reprezentării parlamentare a minorităţilor din România.

(ENG) The study proposes to draw out the etno-demographic portray of national minorities from Romania. The analysis has as a start point the statistic dates given by the National Institute of Statistics with wich ISPMN concluded a unitive protocol. The dates used for the elaboration of this study can be grouped in two categories: 1. Census dates and 2. dates wich come from the population dinamics. As concerning the analised minorities, it started from the structure of parlamentary representation of the minorities from Romania.
