Abstract: Problem statement:
Many ethnic Roma persons do not posses identity acts due to wich their access to social services is impossible. Another problem is the legal status of their homes, the lack of property documents and authorizations for construction.
Goal/purpose:
Improving the situation of Roma in order to promote social inclusion of Roma people, people who do not have access to public services and can not access the labor market. This project on target groups generated two types of effects, some immediate by obtaining identity papers, marital status, property that will allow immediate access to social assistance, health, education, and another, medium and long term effect, that determines the constitutional right to work as citizens with full rights and
Notes: The project "You have identity documents, you have rights", continues another project implemented by the Prefecture of Braila county in 2003- 2004. By this complementary new project, 600 identity cards, birth certificates and marriage certificates and 70 property titles were provided.
