Abstract: Second part in a 5 parts documentary series about the Jewish life in Hungary, and its destruction in WWII. This impressionistic documentary explores the remnants of Jewish culture and Jewish life in the Carpathian Basin. The few old people left there live among the the artefacts of the past, amid fallen tombstones. Their Hungarian neighbors are also victims of an historical diaspora and the two communities coexist with a kind of decaying sorrow and lament.
