Abstract: he aim of the project was to promote the social inclusion of Roma women and young people, through assessing their specific needs and interests, and consolidating their motivation for participation in education and professional training. It also intended to increase the employment rate among the categories of persons exposed to social exclusion, promote an inclusive and cohesive society, and eliminate discriminatory practices based on gender, ethnicity and age.
