Abstract: (En) The present paper is focused on the forced labour regime implemented during 1941, by the Romanian authorities, on the Jewish population living in the territories of the Old Kingdom. Following this goal, the analysis is constructed on two distinctive levels: on one hand the emphasis is put on the description of the forced labour system, the continuous reformulation of the laws being part of my research, while on the other the focus lays on the recuperation of the rationalizations that stood behind and legitimated the forced labour system.
